Prepared and recorded a video lecture on using ML in practical analytical tasks for University College of Professional Education in Wrocław.
This lecture presents the practical application of machine learning as an extension of a data scientist’s workshop. Participants will learn the full analysis process: data preparation and validation, feature creation, clustering, dimensionality reduction, imputation, anomaly detection, classification and regression, text processing, and results evaluation. This is complemented by examples of presenting results in Streamlit and automating the cyclical analytical process using Apache Airflow.
