Prepared video lecture on ML Models in Applications for University College of Professional Education in Wrocław.
Lecture presents the practical foundations of MLOps, combining theory with examples of implementing ML models in applications. Participants will learn the full model lifecycle: data preparation and validation, data and model versioning, experiment tracking, model exposure via API, scaling, secure deployment strategies, quality monitoring, and the process of collecting feedback for subsequent model versions.
